Continuous Accreditation Compliance Program

The Continuous Accreditation Compliance (CAC) program is a comprehensive, cost-effective software based accreditation preparation solution that offers providers a task management approach to accreditation preparation and collaboration with qualified, experienced consultants regardless of your location. Initial cost – first year:  $1295.00 + cost of Microsoft Groove license (currently $150 per workstation)

  • Includes full use of program for 12 full months, initial program training time, continuous updates for 1 year, and up to 2 hours of accreditation consulting phone time.

Ongoing subscription after first 12 months: $49 per month without consulting collaboration; $79 per month with 2 hrs per month of consulting collaboration

Accreditation - Do It Yourself Kit (paper based)

For organizations requiring less hands on assistance, our accreditation do-it-yourself kit provides a full accreditation prep manual set, instructions and materials needed to comply with mandatory accreditation standards, and telephone support from our highly qualified consultants:

  • Includes HME Policy and Procedure Manual, Patient Education Guides, HIPAA for HME Providers Manual
  • Includes step by step instruction guides and forms, templates, logs, and other material needed to implement the requirements
  • Includes phone consultation with an experienced consultant
  • All materials are provided in a binder with a CD ROM that allows you to edit included templates and customize the materials as needed

Accreditation Ready Policy and Procedure Manuals

All new updates for 2014!

Our policy and procedure manuals provide all the necessary policies to meet any accrediting body's requirement. All manuals are provided in hard copy and on CD ROM for easy editing.

Policy requirements that are specific to various accrediting bodies are including on the disk that is included with the manual and can be easily added to the standard set of policies contained in the hard copy. Crosswalks matching our policies to the accrediting body requirements are also included to assist providers in meeting the PER and Self Assessment portion of the accreditation application. 

In addition, we offer several versions of our policy manual, depending on what type of products your HME provides in order to reduce the need for time consuming editing.

Version I is available for full service providers that also include oxygen and other respiratory products. Version II is available for providers that do not provide oxygen or respiratory products. Version III is provided for pharmacies that wish to obtain Medicare approved NABP DMEPOS accreditation.
